The BCNet Economic Locator Platform uniquely assesses collective creditworthiness and facilitates connections with development bank guarantees for seamless Priority Sector Loans (PSL) Loan Issuance.
The BCNet Econometric Model generates unique data for every urban location and rural village throughout India. This data includes economic indicators of supply, demand and consumption together with potential size of loan book and collective creditworthiness. This is coupled with other hyper-localized information displayed alongside data that our customers have purchased or developed in-house.
Our platform generates Digital Business Plans at the block level and Digital Credit Plans at the village level. The Credit Expansion Assistant enables any bank or loan company to determine where to extend credit. This may be by building a new branch or to use a business correspondent network without the need for opening new branches. Monthly monitoring through digital plans helps banks efficiently meet their credit goals.

We are a team of experienced founders - operational and technology leaders supported by advisors and partners building a company in India to make affordable credit widely accessible. Two co-founders, Venkatesh Chillara from India and David Penny from London with three decades of demonstrated experience in establishing, operating and retaining sustainable platform and outsourcing business founded BCNet Solution. BCNet was founded in Hyderabad, Telangana, and operates in Mumbai and London.
